Four Ways We Bridge Education And Industry.

  • Industry-Recognized Credentials

Cisco, CNA, Lean Six Sigma, OSHA, forklift, CPR and First Aid, and more. We teach and test in the same place, so students and adults leave with something they can put on a resume.

  • Apprenticeships And Pre-Apprenticeships

We connect students and young adults to employers who are ready to train them, with structured pre-apprenticeship pathways in high school and registered apprenticeships after it.

  • Regional Education Partnership

Team Workforce is designated by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce as a Regional Education Partnership, convening schools, employers, and workforce partners to build one connected pathway system for the region.

    About The Partnership

A Credential Can Now Be A Diploma Pathway.

Ohio’s graduation requirements allow students to qualify by earning industry-recognized credentials instead of relying only on test-based pathways. For students in small and rural districts, access to those credentials depends entirely on whether someone nearby is authorized to teach and test for them.

Team Workforce is a Certiport Authorized Testing Center and an approved provider for the credentials we deliver. That means a junior can train on Monday, test on Friday, and start the school year already holding a credential that counts toward graduation and toward a job.
