WE ARE VISIONARY
Team Workforce utilizes the Six Sigma Continuous Improvement process to enhance regional workforce development. We focus on a collaborative approach, involving stakeholders from various sectors including education, industry, and government, to understand and address workforce challenges comprehensively. Our organization was structured through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology, ensuring that our initiatives are both effective and aligned with regional needs.
One of the significant challenges facing the United States workforce is the skills gap, particularly in jobs that require a high school diploma, postsecondary certificate, or associate’s degree. The demand for these “middle skills” jobs surpasses the number of adults with the necessary qualifications, creating a barrier to American economic competitiveness.
